新版本的NPP不再包含插件管理器，需要的话需要自行安装。
安装方法1
download and install version 7.3.3:
https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v7.3.3.html
and then download and upgrade it with the latest version:
https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v7.5.1.html
安装方法2
手动下载插件二进制包
https://github.com/bruderstein/nppPluginManager/releases
uni = 32位版本 , x64 = 64位
解压到notepad++程序文件夹，重启程序即可。
